You’re using FLOW to keep track of all the stuff your staff should be doing, and adding stuff to FLOW is easy. The trick is the know what to add when:
- An assignment is a story (including writing, photo, design, even video) that will go through an editing process – or flow.
- A task is just the stuff that needs to get done that won’t go through the editing process (like selling ads).
- An event is for an event (like birthdays, issue release date, press nights).
- A checklist is a list of the steps you want a student to take when completing an assignment or task.
